Every Cloakly cape is covered by our 30-day warranty. If it arrives damaged or something isn't right, reach out through our contact page or email contact@cloakly.shop with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
How It Works
How It Works
1. Plug in. Connect the cape's USB cable to a power bank.
2. Tuck it away. Slip the power bank into the inside pocket.
3. Pick your heat. Use the round button on the chest to turn it on and switch between the 3 heat levels. Turn it off and unplug when you're done.
Which power bank? Any USB power bank with 5V / 2A (10W) output. The cape uses about 10W on the highest setting, so a 10,000 mAh power bank gives roughly 2-3 hours on high and longer on the lower settings. A 20,000 mAh power bank lasts about twice as long. Power bank not included - add ours in the cart.

One size fits most adults: about 150 x 80 cm (59 x 31.5 in). A loose, sleeveless cape that drapes over the shoulders and closes with a full front zip, so it stays on while you move around.

Washing: unplug the power bank and detach the power button and cable first. Machine wash on a gentle cycle, then let it air dry completely before plugging it back in. Don't tumble dry or iron over the heating panel.
Safety: don't sleep with the heat switched on. Not for babies, young children or anyone who can't feel heat or switch it off themselves. Don't use it while wet. Turn it off and unplug it when you're not wearing it.
